CivicVest is provided during the beta program on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.
• Only upload documents you have the right to process.
• Review and verify every AI-generated output before relying on it, submitting it, or sharing it with a government agency.
• Comply with the terms of any government data source you connect, including SAM.gov.

No automated commitments

CivicVest never submits bids, transmits proposals, signs documents, makes payments, or creates legal commitments on your behalf. Every such action requires your explicit confirmation inside the application.

Official sources control

Opportunity data shown in CivicVest may be demo data or a cached copy of an official record. The issuing agency's published solicitation is always authoritative for requirements, deadlines, and submission instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CivicVest is not liable for lost contracts, missed deadlines, rejected submissions, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated content.

Termination

You may stop using CivicVest at any time. We may suspend access that threatens platform security or violates these terms.
