What we collect

CivicVest stores the account details you provide (email address), the company intelligence you enter, documents you upload, opportunities synced or created in your account, bids and proposals you build, tasks, and a log of AI agent activity performed on your behalf.

How your data is isolated

Every record is scoped to the account that created it and enforced at the database layer with row-level security. Another CivicVest customer cannot read, edit, or list your opportunities, documents, bids, workflows, or company profile.

Credentials and secrets

Integration credentials (for example SAM.gov or AI provider keys) are held in server-side secret storage. They are never sent to your browser; the application only shows whether an integration is connected.

AI processing

When you run an AI agent, the relevant opportunity text, approved company profile fields, and documents you authorised for that opportunity are sent to the configured AI provider to produce the requested analysis. You control which data sources are connected for each opportunity from the Data Sources panel.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual documents, opportunities, and bids at any time. To request full account deletion during the beta, use the in-app feedback button or contact the CivicVest team.

Beta notice

CivicVest is in beta. Feedback you submit in-app (including the page you were on and your browser user agent) is stored so we can reproduce and fix issues.
